We’ll start with a short call and an Editing Service Qualifier form. You’ll share your brand style, where you post, preferred clip types, and assets (logo, intro, etc.).
Step 2:
Video Turnover
1st Deposit
You’ll upload your episode to a shared folder (Google Drive) or send a download link.
To lock in your spot, a 50% deposit is required, this keeps the workflow smooth and respectful of our time.
Step 3:
Main Video Editing
Short Clips Editing
I’ll polish the full episode (audio + video), add your branding, and create short clips for visibility and trust.
You’ll receive the first drafts within 3–5 business days.
Step 4:
Review, Approval
You’ll receive a link to review the video. One round of revisions is included to make sure it’s just right.
Step 5:
Final Payment, Final Video Submission
Once approved, the remaining 50% payment is due. I’ll then send you the final, ready-to-post files.
